By accessing or using Speaker Timer at trashpanda.rodeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Speaker Timer is a presentation tool that lets speakers manage timed talk scripts, run live sessions with audience participation (questions, reactions, contact cards), and sync their content to the cloud.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.
You retain ownership of all talk scripts, notes, and other content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
When you join a session as an audience member, your Google account email and any content you submit (questions, contact cards, reactions) are shared with the session presenter. Do not submit sensitive personal information through audience features.
You agree not to: attempt to overload or attack the Service; submit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content; scrape or automate requests; or circumvent any rate limits or access controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or presentation interruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
